The Cooper Team
THE COOPER TEAM - Is a family team comprised of John, Stacy and Seth Cooper who complement each other in the complexities of modern real estate.
Stacy Cooper
STACY has the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Brokers designations and works with many of our buyer clients. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of residential real estate as a result previous jobs as office manager in a large real estate office as well as experience in her father's condominium management business.
In addition to being an avid reader, Stacy likes to garden, spoil her cats, spend time kayaking, scuba diving (with her father), traveling and working with several neighborhood groups.
Seth Cooper
SETH is the office manager and is responsible for keeping the technology working properly. He also is responsible for the marketing and advertising functions and monitoring transactions to assure that events happen on schedule.
Seth is an outdoor person who likes to camp, hike, snowboard (occasionally with John), and spend time with his dog Libby. He also does hot yoga and is an active member of an ice hockey team - yes, even in the heat of summer.
John Cooper
JOHN works with both buyers and sellers and is responsible for servicing the Team's listings. He has been an active Realtor® for 18 years and in addition to lots of experience is a Broker, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), CRS, GRI, Ph.D. and Hall of Fame level producer. He previously owned and operated a condominium management business, served on the board of directors of a condo association where he served as President and Treasurer and recently joins the Board of Directors in a new condominium where he now resides. His focus in real estates is on the condo/townhouse market.
John's interests include travel, outdoor recreation such as scuba diving, skiing, hiking and walking his CharPai dog, Suzy Wong. Like Seth, he finds hot yoga to be good for the body, mind and spirit. And, in keeping with his focus on the condominium market he lives in a condominium in the Pearl District.
Other members. Our team also includes the service providers who work with our clients when they need a handyman, electrician, plumber, landscaper, or a painter.
