American Plaza Towers
2200 – 2400 SW First Avenue
American Plaza is multi-tower complex located near the Willamette River on SW First Avenue. It is comprised of three towers that offer spectacular views: Lincoln, Grant and Madison. Lincoln is an 18-story tower built in 1972. Grant is the tallest of the three at 26 stories, built in 1975. Madison is the newest tower -- built in 1980 – rising 22 stories in height.
This complex offers some of the best amenities in Portland. Residents enjoy an indoor pool, gym, meeting room, hot tub, sauna, 24-hour security, controlled access and park-like landscaped grounds.
